August 16, ____ - Gold was discovered in a tributary of the Klondike River in Alaska, resulting in the Great Klondike Gold Rush.

ReplyDeleteEven being somewhat used to hurricanes, they leave me more than pensive when they come this way, so I can somewhat relate.
Take care of yourself and yours, and buy a case or two of bottled water.
We spent Friday and Saturday preparing the house. I also scheduled my blog post for Monday, in case the power goes out. Should be fun LOL [not]
