  1. If it was up to me I would ban flip flops unless you are at the beach. I certainly wouldn't celebrate it.

    1. I hate having anything between my toes. I have "flip flops" but they have a band across the toes rather than going between them.

    2. So, more like a sandal? I can abide sandals and agree about having that strap between the toes. Ever watch someone run through an airport in flip-flops?

    3. I haven't been in an airport in a while [just at passenger pick-up and drop-off] but I have seen someone try to run with flip flops and badly twist her ankle. Ouch.
