National Days/Weeks #17

Last week's photos:
June 27 – Sunglasses Day
June 30 – Bomb Pop Day [last Thursday in June]

Each week on Monday I'll post two photos which represent a "national day" or "national week" for the coming week [through the following Sunday].  Your job is to figure out which national day or week is depicted in each photo.

Here are the photos for this week.  What national day or week does each represent?  Even if you're not 100% sure, make your best guess!  Come back next week to see if you're right.

  1. The fourth of July needs no explanation for Americans, it is the day our Constitution was signed, though that probably needs some explaining for the fireworks crowd,

July 5: that thong bikini also needs no explanation. It might be one of the reasons I love the water, but hate the beach. Sex does sell, however.

Yes, I still owe you a beer.

    1. YAY! Google has you as Craig again!

I'm not a beach person. I'd rather be hiking in a forest. Unfortunately, the entire rest of my family loves the beach so we go there more often than the forest. Boo!
